Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is recruiting a Procurement Specialist to join a global procurement team. The role supports sourcing projects across Talent-related categories with remote and flexible working across the Netherlands and offices in major cities.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, support category strategies, and collaborate with international colleagues to drive savings and supplier improvements. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Bramwith Consulting is supporting a globally recognised professional services organisation in the appointment of a Procurement Specialist to join its Global Procurement team.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage sourcing projects across Talent-related categories, including HR Services, Learning & Development and Employee Benefits, while gaining exposure to wider international procurement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFPs, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Supporting category strategies and delivering commercial savings.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Improving supplier management, consolidation and tail spend processes.
• Collaborating with international colleagues on strategic procurement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• A couple of years' experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Understanding of RFPs, negotiations and category management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine ambition to develop.
• Fluent Dutch and English are essential.

Talent or HR procurement experience is not required. We're primarily interested in strong procurement fundamentals, transferable skills and long-term potential.
