Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sourcing Professional - PPS Buying/Procurement to join our Netherlands team. The role focuses on placing and tracking purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, and updating ERP systems to ensure timely, compliant procurement execution.

The successful candidate will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results within 1–3 months, contributing effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem solving skills.
