Job summary

A leading global consumer goods organization in Amsterdam is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own an international fruit ingredients sourcing portfolio for ice cream production. You will manage supplier relationships across global markets, drive cost control, secure supply, and ensure high quality standards.

You will lead tenders, negotiate pricing and contracts, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Planning, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

In this role as Procurement Specialist in Amsterdam, you will manage the sourcing of fruit ingredients used in ice cream production. You'll work with suppliers across global markets, contribute to innovation projects, and play a key role in securing supply, controlling costs, and maintaining high quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:
