Job summary

Coty in Amsterdam is seeking a Global Senior Procurement Manager for HR Services, Travel and Fleet. You will lead global category strategies, strategic sourcing and supplier governance to optimize total cost of ownership and enhance employee and traveler experience.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Professional Services, you will drive category leadership, negotiate contracts, and manage end-to-end sourcing events across HR, Travel and Fleet, delivering value and commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior procurement leadership in HR services, travel and fleet domains.
• Experience in RFIs/RFPs, supplier governance, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global category strategies for HR services, travel, mobility and fleet across the company.
• Translate stakeholder needs into sourcing strategies and implementation plans.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives including RFIs/RFPs and supplier selection.
• Negotiate global and regional contracts, including commercial frameworks and SLAs.
