Job summary

BP Refinery in Rotterdam (Europoort) zoekt een Procurement Delivery Support die als aanspreekpunt fungeert voor meerdere stakeholders. Je levert dagelijkse procurement-ondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat de behoeften aan goederen en diensten tijdig en kostenbewust worden vervuld.

• Dagelijks ondersteuning bieden bij inkoopverzoeken en procurementprocessen
• Zorgen voor tijdige, conforme levering van goederen en diensten
• Ondersteunen van stakeholders met duidelijke inkoopafspraken en -beleid

Responsibilities

• Ondersteun dagelijks inkoopwerk voor BP Refinery en fungeer als contactpersoon tussen stakeholders
• Definieer inkoopbehoeften en bereid inkoopverzoeken voor
• Behandel dagelijkse aanvraagstroom, verifieer scopes en leveranciersinformatie
• Verdeel aanvragen naar team of Business Service Centre indien nodig
• Ondersteun bij issues rond workflows en systeemfouten
• Onderhoud relaties met Operations, Maintenance en supportfuncties
• Geef begeleiding over inkoopprocessen, bevoegdheden en contractuele verplichtingen
• Werk samen met Category Management, Sourcing en Contract Management teams

Omschrijving functie

In this role you support all different stakeholders at the BP Refinery as the main point of contact when it comes to procurement. You will earn €24.77 per hour as Procurement Delivery Support and will be able to choose whether you want to work part-time or full-time. Furthermore, it is possible to work from home for one day per week. Keep reading to find out more about this position!What you’ll be doingIt is your responsibility to provide day to day procurement support to colleagues across the BP Refinery. You form a primary connection between different stakeholders, and ensure that business requirements for goods and services are fulfilled on time, and in a commercially effective manner.

• Operational Procurement Support – You:- Support business users in defining procurement requirements and preparing purchasing requests
• Ensure business needs are addressed efficiently whilst maintaining compliance with procurement policies and controls
• Requisition Management – You:- Conduct daily reviews of incoming demands, and verify scope descriptions, supplier information, budgeting references and approval requirements
• Route demands to the Business Service Centre or appropriate procurement teams if necessary
• Support stakeholders in resolving workflow issues, rejected requests and system related exceptions
• Stakeholder Management – You:- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Operations, Maintenance and support functions, and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders
• Provide guidance on procurement processes, procurement authorities, sourcing requirements and contractual obligations
• Maintain close contact with Category Management, Sourcing and Contract Management teams to secure specialist support where required
