Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive regional sourcing strategies across Central Europe, working with onsite teams at multiple properties. You will map supplier bases, run tender processes and advise on contract negotiations to deliver commercial and service benefits.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement within real estate or facilities management, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency with CLM platforms and PowerBI. Amsterdam-based, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and numerical skills.
• Procurement experience (5 years minimum).
• MCIPS preferred but not essential.
• Fluent in at least one Central European language and English.
• IT literate; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage local stakeholders and demonstrate procurement value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers; maintain supplier relationships.
