Minor Hotels in Hoofddorp, NL, offers an Internship Procurement Assistant position with the Coperama Benelux team. You will support the procurement function, help generate savings, and assist in contract execution while working closely with regional colleagues.

The role requires a Bachelor in Business Admin, Finance, or Hotel Management, 20 weeks minimum, and proficiency in Excel; SAP is a plus. Dutch, English, and French are desirable languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Hotel Management.
• Duration: at least 20 weeks for 4 or 5 days a week.
• Knowledge: basic work experience required.
• Personal: team player, proactive, self-starter with numerical skills.
• Skills: strong MS Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Languages: Dutch, English and preferably French.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement team; generate savings and assist in contract work.
• Process supplier and item data in purchasing systems.
• Assist in online tenders and e-auctions.
• Perform supplier, item and price comparisons.
• Compile and maintain the online marketplace.
