Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites an internship candidate to join the Coperama Benelux team in Hoofddorp as Procurement Assistant. You will work with a global team and support savings initiatives, contracts, and supplier relations.

Requirements include a Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or Hotel Management, solid Excel skills and optionally SAP knowledge. Start: Q3 2026. compensation is €750 gross per month, with on-site work about 50% of the week. Laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or Hotel Management.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel highly preferred).
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement team in the Benelux office in Hoofddorp.
• Assist in generating savings, negotiating and closing contracts, and supplier relations.
• Process supplier and item data in purchasing systems and support tender processes and e-auctions.
• Execute supplier, article and price comparisons and maintain the online Marketplace.
