NH Hotel Group is seeking a Business Development Intern in Hoofddorp to assist with marketing publications and support sales initiatives. You will work closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager in a dynamic and growing team.

This internship offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a supportive environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hotel Management along with knowledge of social media and Microsoft Office.

• At least 20 weeks internship for 4 or 5 days a week.
• Basic work experience is recommended.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager Benelux and be based in the regional Benelux office in Hoofddorp. Your main responsibility will be managing different marketing publications and improving visibility in these channels. In addition, you will support sales activities, join meetings, provide administrative support to the Sales & Business Development Manager, and contribute well-founded ideas and insights on strategies and plans.

Part of your daily tasks:

• Creating content and optimizing marketing publications such as newsletters and LinkedIn.
• Supporting and assisting clients with ordering through the Coperama website.
• Assisting in developing the commercial plan for the Benelux market.
• Conducting market research on Dutch and Belgian hotels.
• Conducting competitor analysis.
• Developing a social media and marketing plan.
• Optimizing the online customer experience.
