Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites an intern to join the Benelux team in Hoofddorp, working on marketing publications and sales support. You will gain hands-on experience across markets in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and South America, reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager Benelux.

The role covers content creation, market research and plan development with a focus on online presence, campaigns and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Sales, Marketing or Hotel Management.
• Duration: At least 20 weeks for 4 or 5 days a week.
• Basic work experience.
• Team player with initiative and social media knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Creating content and optimizing Marketing publications (newsletters, LinkedIn).
• Supporting clients with ordering through the Coperama website.
• Developing the BENELUX commercial plan.
• Conducting market research (Dutch/Belgian hotels).
• Conducting competitor analysis.
• Developing a social media/Marketing plan.
• Improving online customer experience.
