Job summary

Henkel in Amsterdam is offering a full-time internship to a recent graduate or current Master/Bachelor student from a Dutch university. You will compile processes, review portfolio data, and help design a strategic roadmap for data consolidation and project tracking.

You will present and run workshops with team leads, support the Sustainability Agenda, and assist onboarding via Henkel's Academy platform. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current Master/Bachelor student at a Dutch university.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Procurement or contract manufacturing experience is a bonus.
• Proficient in digitalization processes with Excel and big data analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to start October/November 2026.

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Support the team with process compilation and documentation with the aim of synchronizing the systems across the different business functions.
• Reviewing portfolio information in master data systems for efficient processing and reporting.
• Perform strategic segmentation of global portfolio to enable effective strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic roadmap and technical approach for data consolidation, digitalization, and project tracking.
• Creating and delivering presentations and workshops in partnership with team leads across various subject areas.
• Support the Sustainability Agenda by ensuring quality of input and monitoring progress status
• Provide operational and content support to the training platform (Academy), contributing to onboarding and capability development for new colleagues within Henkel’s HCB team.

What makes you a good fit

• Recent graduated or currently a Masters or Bachelor student at Dutch University.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Prior experience in procurement or contract manufacturing is a bonus.
• Proficient in digitalization processes with strong skills in Excel and analysis of big data sets.
