Qualifications

• Proven ability to use standard templates and playbooks to finalize agreements independently.

• Manage full lifecycle of low‑to‑medium risk supplier contracts from drafting to renewal and termination.
• Standardize contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
• Guide business stakeholders on commercial terms and procurement standards.
