Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team in the Netherlands. You will manage contracting, supplier relations, and commercial controls within an industrial setting, applying a strong risk mindset to complex files.

Your role includes reviewing contracts and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders across functions. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.

Job description

• A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in Purchasing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Commercial Economics, or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in procurement, contract management, supplier management, or commercial contract control.
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting contracts and supplier agreements.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Experience analyzing financial, commercial, or contractual issues.
• A strong control and risk mindset.
• Ability to independently assess complex files and form a well-founded judgment.
• Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience within an industrial or technical environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or SES processes is a strong advantage.
• Experience with compliance, audit, control, or assurance processes is a plus.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

Certificates

• NEVI 1 and/or NEVI 2 is a plus.
• Relevant education or certifications in Purchasing, Contract Management, Commercial Management, Finance, or Supply Chain are a plus.
