Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO/WO level in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in a technical production, engineering or industrialisation environment.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, SPC or Lean.
• Experience in a high-volume production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end NPI process from prototype to full-scale production.
• Translate product designs into manufacturable production processes.
• Analyze technical challenges and implement continuous improvements.
• Optimize process parameters to ensure robust production at high volumes.
• Enforce quality standards through clear documentation.
