Job summary

ENTER is seeking a Process Technologist in the Netherlands to help translate R&D ideas into scalable production and support continuous optimization in a high-tech setting.

You will develop technical solutions, analyze process performance, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to transfer processes to production, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvement. English fluency is required; Dutch or German is a plus. Local candidates preferred in Gelderland/Arnhem.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Technology.
• Experience in high-tech environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience modifying or building process systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and detail technical solutions for new processes and products.
• Analyze process performance and data for continuous improvement (DFMEA/DoE/SPC/Lean Six Sigma).
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to transfer processes to production.
• Provide clear work instructions and training for production transfer.
