Job summary

OTTO Work Force is seeking a Process Operator for our client in Eemshaven, the Netherlands. You will help keep the production safe, efficient and running on a rotating 2-shift schedule.

The role involves inspection rounds, monitoring of the process and material flow, fault identification and actions to ensure a smooth operation, plus cleaning and basic maintenance. Accommodation and transport arrangements are provided.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English.
• Technical understanding and ability to identify basic malfunctions.
• Willing to work the complete rotating 5-shift schedule.
• Valid Category B driving licence and VCA certificate (or willing to obtain).
• Available to start on 7 September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Conducting inspection rounds throughout the production facility.
• Monitoring the production process and material flow.
• Identifying technical malfunctions and determining the appropriate action.
• Taking action to support a safe and smooth production process.
• Carrying out cleaning, basic repair and maintenance activities.
• Supporting the efficient supply and movement of materials.
• Following all safety and operational procedures.
