Job summary

Jobmatix is seeking a Process Operator for a chemical production site in the Netherlands. The role involves overseeing a 5-shift operation, with 50/50 control-room and field duties, and ensuring smooth production through monitoring and adjustments.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, process improvement, and proper administration in the systems, along with ensuring safe handovers and personal safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Process Operator in the chemical industry.
• Experience with distillation, filtration or extraction is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, flexible and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes, performing adjustments as needed.
• Carry out preventive maintenance in collaboration with the shift supervisor to prevent breakdowns.
• Contribute ideas to improve and optimize production processes.
• Document operations in the appropriate systems and ensure accurate shift handovers.
