Apolix, based in Rotterdam, seeks a Process Mining Consultant who is a native Dutch speaker. You will help Dutch customers turn data into actionable insights, bridging IT and business while growing your skills in data analytics, process mining, and predictive modeling.

The role emphasizes learning, certification in process mining, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will test key skills through live SQL tasks and case presentations during the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Master in Econometrics, CS, Business Admin, Economics or Math or comparable degree.
• 1-3 years in Data Consulting with strong analytical skills.
• Interested in big data, predictive analytics, process mining and continuous improvement.
• Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
• Prefer experience with Celonis, Signavio or Minit.
• Intermediate SQL or Python experience.
• Passionate about statistics.

Process Mining Consultant (Native Dutch Speaker)

• have a Master in Econometrics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree;
• have 1-3 years of experience in Data-Consulting and have strong analytical skills;
• are excited about big data, predictive analysis, process mining and continuous improvement;
• native Dutch speaker and fluent in English;
• have preferably worked with process mining software such as Celonis, Signavio, Minit before;
• have intermediate experience with SQL or Python;
• passionate about statistics.

You will be

• bridging the gap between IT and Business;
• analysing large data sets to optimise business processes through process mining;
• creating value for our clients by building automates workflows and predictive models;
• building business cases and presenting them to our clients;
• working in a constantly changing environment which is never boring;
• receiving training in process mining (and getting certified!);

Full Recruitment Process
We aim to keep our recruitment process lean, and specifically test the key skills you will be using day-to-day in your role here:

• Screening: Our HR team dedicate time to filter each and every application promptly.
• Intro call: 30-45 mins meeting with our People & Culture manager, to discuss your ambitions and relevant experience, and answer any questions you have. Held in English.
• Second meeting: 1.5hrs with a Senior Process Intelligence Consultant. A live SQL test and demonstration of the Celonis environment. Held in secondary language (Dutch, German, French).
• Case Presentation: 1hr with co-founders and other Senior Apolians. An opportunity to show your presentation and consultancy skills and potential.
• Offer Call: Finally we call successful candidates to discuss the conditions of the role.
