Job summary

Garanti BBVA International in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is offering a full-time internship in Process Management and Control for 6, 9 or 12 months starting as soon as possible. You will learn roles of BPE and RCA while supporting ongoing process improvement activities.

You will analyse business processes, design workflows, embed GRC tools, and contribute by simplifying tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Daily executing process management and assurance activities.
• Challenge existing processes, risks, controls and assurance tasks.
• Simplify recurring assurance tasks and embed them in the Daily E2E Processes as much as possible.
• Support the analysis of existing banking processes and the creation of workflows using process modelling tools.
• Help with embedding the GRC tool we selected.
