Job summary

AddOptics designs and manufactures precision lenses for smart eyewear at our technology center in Rotterdam. As part of the engineering team, you’ll tackle practical challenges from problem to validated solution, designing and optimizing production methods.

You’ll set up experiments in our R&D lab, validate results, and implement changes in the production facility. Projects range from new materials and coatings to tooling for automated mass production, with close collaboration across production

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; internship/part-time accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production methods as part of the engineering team.
• Analyze, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes to improve quality and performance.
• Set up experiments in the R&D lab, validate results, and implement changes in production.
