Job summary

TheCompany is a leading player in specialized nutrition, focusing on improving well-being through products for infants, elderly, and patients. We are seeking a Process Engineer to enhance liquid manufacturing processes for medical nutrition and infant nutrition distributed worldwide.

You will collaborate with production teams to address deviations, lead root cause investigations, and implement sustainable improvements reducing downtime and boosting performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in regulated industries preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Improve process reliability, quality, efficiency and safety.
Monitor production performance with shop-floor teams.
Coach operators in documenting disturbances and downtime.
Lead improvement opportunities based on data.
Lead root cause analyses for major incidents.
Provide technical support to maintain continuity.
Represent department in cross-functional projects.
Ensure production and quality requirements are in project designs.
Collaborate with operators to optimize workflows.
Cover departmental tasks when required.
