WIOSS BeNeLux, part of the WITRON Group, is seeking a Process Engineer CDC JUMBO to monitor and optimize the daily performance of an automated distribution centre.

You will analyze system data, identify root causes, and implement improvements with PLC programmers and WMS knowledge, using a hands-on approach.

Fluent English required; Dutch knowledge is a plus. EQF Level 4 or Bachelor’s in a technical field and at least 1 year of related experience in logistics or automation are expected.

Qualifications

• EQF Level 4 or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, automation, manufacturing, intralogistics, or automotive.
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication; Dutch is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily performance of the automated system at the customer location.
• Identify root causes of disruptions through data analysis and drive sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with PLC programmers to implement system improvements.
• Perform targeted monitoring of control room screens and critical systems.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure timely follow-up of service tickets.
• Support production and technical teams during escalations and maintenance.
