Job summary

Myne Circular Metals seeks a Development Engineer to stay close to the process, running experiments and turning results into better plant setups. You’ll work hands-on in chemical production and mechanical recycling plants, designing and tweaking systems, with a focus on practical improvements and scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with operators and engineers, translate findings into improved designs, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team advancing groundbreaking recycling

Qualifications

• Experience with chemical and/or mechanical production processes and applying improvements.
• Understanding of P&IDs and PFDs; familiarity with recycling or industrial production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own: Work independently and prioritize tasks based on project roadmaps.
• Design and run trials, operate pilot systems, and analyze results to drive process improvements.
• Translate findings into improved process designs and help build and tweak them.
• Collaborate with plant operators, engineers, and external specialists.
• Deliver: See projects through from hypothesis to validated, integrated solutions.
