Process Engineer

Objective

The industrialization of production processes within the Global Forming Group, specifically in the field of electrodeposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support technology development and implementation projects
• Design experimental setups, analyze data, and define follow‑up actions
• Ensure process stability, capability, and cost‑efficient production scaling
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and elevate risks where needed
• Identify and assess emerging technologies and trends
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, universities, institutes)
• Enable smooth transfer of new technologies to operations

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering)
• ~3+ years’ experience in industrial process/technology development
• Strong hands‑on, analytical, and project management skills
• Experience with innovation implementation in production environments
• Knowledge of electrodeposition (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)
