Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking an Operations Lead Expert Private Markets in the Netherlands. The role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and finance, focusing on the private markets domain.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance, ideally in organisational change, project management or consulting.
• Completed college or university education, preferably in a financial discipline.
• Good mastery of English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision for an integrated illiquid operating model for the institutional business and Private Bank.
• Manage and evaluate vendors, software and data management across deal flow, portfolio management, investment administration and quarterly reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to identify technology challenges, opportunities and priorities for private markets.
• Improve current ways of working to scale the private markets organization.
• Explore and steer automation, including AI, to enhance efficiency and data quality.
