Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for its Corporate Advisory team in Amsterdam. You will coordinate workflows, model financials, and manage transactions from origination to closing in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You bring 3-5 years of M&A execution experience, strong English and Dutch, and a collaborative mindset. You will mentor analysts and interact with clients and internal stakeholders across Benelux.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in M&A execution across diverse sectors.
• Adept at financial modelling and preparing presentations.
• Conceptual thinker with inquisitive mind, empathic and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating workflows (including valuations and due diligence) and the overall project management of transactions.
• Preparing origination and transaction-related analyses and materials (informative memos, management presentations, financial models etc.).
• Taking responsibility for managing and training analysts and trainees.
• Identifying and pitching for new mandates/projects.
• Interacting with and managing internal and external stakeholders.
