Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking an Operations Lead Expert Private Markets in the Netherlands. The role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and finance, focusing on the private markets domain.

You will bridge internal departments, clients and external stakeholders to build a scalable operating model. You will shape a vision for an integrated illiquid operating model, evaluate vendors and data management, and work with IT to prioritize technology initiatives, while steering

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance, ideally in organisational change, project management or consulting.
• Completed college or university education, preferably in a financial discipline.
• Good mastery of English; Dutch is a strong plus.

That is what you will use your talents for as an Operations Lead Expert Private Markets at Van Lanschot Kempen. As senior change specialist at the intersection of technology, operations and business, you focus on private markets. You act as a central linking pin between internal departments, clients and external stakeholders, helping us build a scalable, effective and future-proof private markets operating model.

You also have the following tasks:

• Develop a vision for an integrated illiquid operating model for our institutional business and Private Bank.
• Manage and evaluate vendors, software and data management across deal flow, portfolio management, investment administration and quarterly reporting.
• Work closely with IT to identify technology challenges, opportunities and priorities for private markets.
• Improve current ways of working and help shape a scalable and effective private markets organization.
• Explore and steer automation, including AI where relevant, to enhance efficiency and data quality.

• Good mastery of English, both oral and written; good mastery of Dutch is a strong plus.

• a gross monthly salary between € 7.400,- and € 9.800, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
