Zusammenfassung

PER seeks an Associate for its Private Equity Co-Investments team in Amsterdam to evaluate and execute mid- to large-cap co-investments. You will build LBO and other financial models, perform commercial analysis, and manage execution with lean deal teams alongside senior investment professionals.

You will play a central role in due diligence, deciding which deals to participate in, and will interact with GPs during portfolio monitoring and relationship management.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance advisory, consulting or accounting.
• Strong, demonstrable financial modelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Based in Amsterdam full time.

Aufgaben

• Assist with all elements of the co-investment deal process.
• Take responsibility for financial analysis and commercial assessment of potential investments.
• Contribute to the preparation of investment memos and reports to be presented to the investment committee.
• Monitor the portfolio and ongoing relationship management with GPs.
