APG invites applications for an Investment Team Member Private Equity – Co-Investments in Amsterdam. You will work with the Global Private Equity Co-Investments team on direct equity investments, focusing on growth and buyout opportunities in the Netherlands and Europe, alongside New York colleagues.

You will perform rigorous due diligence, develop investment theses, and monitor the portfolio, benefiting from an 8.33% year-end bonus and flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• 3 to 12+ years of relevant work experience in private equity, M&A, and investment banking.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English, including verbal and written form.

Responsabilités

• Performing due diligence and analysis to inform selection of co-investments across industries and geographies, including APG’s Impact Investing mandate.
• Preparation and presentation of investment proposals to Investment Committee.
• Monitoring portfolio company performance and evaluating follow-on opportunities.
• Developing and managing GP relationships from a Co-Invest perspective.
• Assisting with APG strategic projects.
• Contributing to APG’s leadership in responsible investing.
