Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable financial modelling skills.
• Background in investment banking, corporate finance advisory, consulting or accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute mid- to large-cap LBO co-investments.
• Build LBO and other financial models and conduct commercial analysis.
• Prepare investment memos and reports for the investment committee.
