Job summary

Us3 Ltd. is seeking a Workplace and Identity Product Architect for a long-term contract in the Netherlands.

The role requires 3 days onsite in Eindhoven and offers an opportunity to shape the architecture of both domains across business, security and enterprise requirements. The candidate will lead architectural decisions, manage dependencies with cloud, network and security, and collaborate with product teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps while aligning with Microsoft and other

Qualifications

• Experienced architect with broad workplace and identity tech knowledge.
• Ability to define architectural direction for complex environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and decisions.
• Collaborates with experienced technical teams within architectural constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the architecture for the Workplace and Identity product domains.
• Define current state, target architecture and architectural roadmap.
• Establish architectural principles, standards and key design decisions.
• Ensure developments align with business, security and enterprise architecture requirements.
• Drive simplification, standardization and modernization across both domains.
• Manage architectural dependencies with cloud, infrastructure, network, security and applications.
• Evaluate new technologies and determine their potential value within the product domains.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt and lifecycle challenges.
• Work with product owners and technical teams to translate strategic developments into product roadmaps.
• Align with stakeholders, other architects and strategic technology partners such as Microsoft.
• Ensure Workplace and Identity work together effectively where they intersect, e.g. identity, device trust and Zero Trust.
