Qualifications

• Experience guiding products from ideation to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and long-term vision.
• Lead and scale product teams, including hiring and mentoring.
• Set up team structures, decision rights, and cadences for execution.
• Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to sunset.
• Conduct market research, discovery, and competitive analysis.
• Apply Agile and Lean to optimize workflows and cross-team collaboration.
• Drive roadmap planning, forecasting, and velocity management.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Champion user-centered design for high-quality experiences.
• Develop customer segmentation and tailor initiatives.

• Contribute to OKRs, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
