Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, controllership, finance transformation or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes within an ERP environment, preferably SAP.
• Solid understanding of service operations, repair, aftermarket or field service business models.
• Experience leading global process harmonisation, finance transformation or automation initiatives.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.

As a Principal Financial Analyst – Service & Repair Finance Process Improvement, you will act as a global finance subject matter expert, improving and standardising accounting and finance processes supporting the Service & Repair organisation. You will connect accounting requirements, business operations, data and SAP capabilities to simplify processes, improve data quality and strengthen financial controls.
