Truvio is seeking a senior hands-on AI engineer to set the technical direction for how we build agents for finance in Dynamics 365. You will define the architecture of our agentic platform, lead the hardest problems yourself, and raise the bar for every team shipping AI.

You will work closely with the CTO, product leadership and the platform team, influencing design decisions with code, designs and judgment rather than reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading production AI/ML systems.
• Experience shipping LLM-based or agentic systems that customers depend on.
• Strong systems design across distributed architectures.
• Excellent written English.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the Truvio agentic platform and context graph workflows.
• Lead design and build of flagship agents for AP, AR and treasury.
• Define engineering standards: evaluation, governance, safety and latency budgets.
• Make build/buy/partner decisions for models and write decision records.
• Mentor senior engineers and grow the AI engineering community.
• Represent Truvio's AI tech with key customers and partners; inform roadmaps.
• Identify AI-driven product opportunities and present to product leadership.
