Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for the Ottolenghi Team at Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium in Amsterdam. You will deliver exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner service and help create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include taking orders, presenting menu information, serving dishes with finesse, handling bills, and assisting the Food & Beverage team with mise en place and setup.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in similar positions at high-end restaurants.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to different shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• To provide our guests with exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner experiences.
• To take orders, provide information about menu and dishes, deliver excellent service and handle the settling of bills.
• Carry out preparation of service including mise en place.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team of the hotel with set up and service.
