Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent/current experience in the same position (Chef de Partie) for at least two years.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in inspired Middle Eastern cooking cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of a designated kitchen section, overseeing all food production aspects.
• Deliver high-quality dishes in line with recipes and standards.
• Maintain hygiene and cost control at all times.
• Mentor and support junior kitchen staff in their development.
