• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to maximize service, sales and profit.
• Support management with personnel, product, merchandising, and processes.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation.
• Foster a positive store experience for customers and colleagues.
• Ensure training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve personal sales targets and monitor SPH and UPT.
• Perform manager-on-duty and opening/closing duties.
• Build a talent pool for key positions and successors.
