Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to build opportunities and meet company standards for sales, wage budgets, SPH and profitability.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate to grow the business or improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience and deliver fair treatment to customers and staff.
• Ensure door-to-floor practices, visual merchandising directives, and standards are followed.
• Communicate with buying team to maintain stock levels and demographics.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
