Job summary

MRL Consulting Group Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Netherlands operations for a 12-month fixed-term commitment.

You will support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely handling of domestic and international orders. Fluency in English is required; Dutch skills are a plus, and you will work as part of a collaborative team with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive products from couriers, verify accuracy, and perform initial inspection.
• Unpack and photograph incoming items for documentation.
• Identify and report missing or damaged inventory.
• Scan, record and route materials to quality inspectors.
• Sort, organise and store inventory in designated areas.
• Repackage, relabel and prepare items for shipment.
• Handle domestic and international invoicing.
• Support logistics, including carriers, customs, and export requirements.
• Process customer RMAs and returns to suppliers.
• Wrap, stack and store pallets and bulk items safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to hit KPIs.
