Chromalloy is seeking a Machine Operator – Frames & Cases to perform grinding, welding and manual metalworking on aerospace components. You will contribute to quality, safety and on-time delivery under a 2-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• A technical education at VMBO/MBO level or equivalent, preferably with metalworking/ high-tech manufacturing experience.
• Experience with tight tolerances and strict safety and quality requirements.
• Good knowledge of grinding techniques.
• Experience with welding or other metalworking techniques is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
• A proactive attitude and the ambition to continuously improve your work.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform grinding, welding and manual metalworking operations on aerospace components with precision.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S projects.
• Work in a 2-shift schedule (five days then four evening shifts) with a cell leader and team.
• Support safety, quality and delivery targets in line with Chromalloy standards.
