Chromalloy Holland in Tilburg, Netherlands, is seeking a Machine Operator for the Frames & Cases department. You will perform grinding, welding and manual metalworking on high‑quality aerospace components, working in a 2‑shift schedule to ensure precision and timely delivery.

You will contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement while collaborating with a small team under a cell leader. The role values attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving in a high‑tech manufacturing

Qualifications

• Technical education at VMBO/MBO level or equivalent.
• Experience with grinding and metalworking in high-precision manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Good English, both spoken and written.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
