Job summary

Chromalloy in Tilburg is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to shape the future of aerospace repair and manufacturing. You will develop, optimize, validate, and sustain manufacturing and repair processes, collaborating with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Engineering teams.

The role requires a technical bachelor's degree and experience in process engineering, strong problem-solving, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
Experience in process engineering, manufacturing, industrialization, or production environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with technical documentation.
Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and change management.
Strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and improve manufacturing and repair processes from concept through implementation.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, process specifications, work instructions, and validation reports.
Support production by investigating process deviations and equipment-related issues.
Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive process capability improvements through data analysis, SPC, and validation activities.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
Support automation, digitalization, and equipment implementation projects.
Participate in NPI and industrialization activities.
Support CAPEX projects, equipment commissioning, and supplier collaboration.
