Jobforce Haarlem zoekt een Assembly Technician in Hoofddorp (Noord-Holland) voor een technische organisatie. Je assembleert mechanische en mechatronische systemen volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies en werkt in een 2-ploegendienst.

Je bent nauwkeurig, hebt een technische instelling en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen. Het invoeren van verbeteringen en samenwerken met afdelingen staan centraal in deze rol.

Qualifications

• Technische achtergrond of sterke technische affiniteit.
• Ervaring in assemblage, mechanische werkzaamheden of productie omgeving is een voordeel.
• In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
• Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en detailgericht.
• Leer- en ontwikkelingsgerichte houding ten aanzien van techniek.
• Geïnteresseerd in mechanische en mechatronische systemen.

Responsibilities

• Assembleren van mechanische en mechatronische systemen volgens tekeningen en instructies.
• Werken met handgereedschappen en diverse technische componenten.
• Controleren en testen van geassembleerde producten op kwaliteit.
• Volgen van procedures, veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Assisteren bij procesverbeteringen en samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
• Voorbereiden, controleren en verpakken van eindproducten voor verzending.

For a growing technical organisation in Hoofddorp, we are looking for an Assembly Technician to join the team.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and completing high-quality mechanical and mechatronic systems. You will work with technical drawings and work instructions and ensure that every product meets the required quality standards.

What will you do?

As an Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling mechanical and mechatronic systems based on technical drawings and work instructions;
• Using hand tools and working with various technical components;
• Checking and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements;
• Working according to established procedures, safety regulations and quality standards;
• Performing assembly work in a clean and organised production environment;
• Identifying potential improvements and contributing ideas for process optimisation;
• Working closely with colleagues from different departments to improve quality and efficiency;
• Preparing, checking and packaging finished products for shipment.

Precision and quality are essential in this position. You work in a structured way, pay attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality of your work.

Voorwaarden

• A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500, depending on your experience and technical skills;
• 16% shift allowance for working in a 2-shift schedule;
