Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking a Precision Mechanical Finishing Operator in the Netherlands. You will finish CNC-produced plastic components, inspect against drawings, deburr, tap, ream and clean parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.

You will work full-time on a day shift from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, with a chance for a permanent contract. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a high‑tech environment is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum English B2 and Dutch B2–C1 proficiency required.
• Technical reading of drawings to verify specs.
• Experience in a technical or production role preferred.
• Accurate and quality-focused approach to finishing parts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.”

Responsibilities

• Inspect CNC-produced plastic components against drawings and specs.
• Deburr, tap, ream and clean finished parts with required tools.
• Ensure finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Identify deviations and report quality issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Suggest process improvements for finishing operations.
