Maintec in Schijndel is seeking an Assembly Worker of Industrial Packaging to assemble tailor-made packaging for high‑tech equipment. You will read technical drawings, interpret measurements and build using wood, plastics, metal and cardboard with hand

Qualifications

Experience in assembly, woodworking, or a similar technical environment.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and basic woodworking machinery.
Affinity with materials such as wood, plastics, metal and cardboard.
Accurate, quality-oriented, and able to work independently.
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, bending and manual work.
Good English language skills (minimum B1).
Driving licence (Category B).
EU citizenship (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Assembling custom industrial packaging according to technical drawings and specifications.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements.
Using hand tools, power tools, and basic woodworking machinery safely and correctly.
Working with materials such as wood, plastics, metal, and cardboard.
Checking dimensions and ensuring every finished product meets quality standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace while following safety procedures.
