Job summary

Maintec is seeking a Maintenance Employee in the Netherlands to inspect, maintain, and prepare wooden transport packaging for reuse for sensitive semiconductor equipment. This hands-on role requires technical insight, detail orientation and the ability to follow instructions and checklists.

You will work a two-shift system from Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00 or 15:00–00:00, with a gross hourly salary plus 18% shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum English level B1 mandatory.
• Hands-on mentality with technical insight.
• Experience in maintenance, production, logistics, or a similar technical role.
• Ability to follow instructions and checklists.
• Experience operating EPT, stacker, forklift and reach truck.
• Valid driving licence and EU citizenship.
• Safety-conscious and quality‑mocused.

Responsibilities

• Inspect delivered transport packaging for damage and quality.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs to prepare packaging for reuse.
• Follow work instructions and inspection checklists.
• Replace damaged or worn components when necessary.
• Use hand tools safely and accurately.
• Operate EPT, stacker, forklift, and reach truck where required.
• Ensure packaging meets required quality standards.
• Keep the workplace clean, organized and safe.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
