Job summary

Flowserve seeks a Precision Assembler in the Netherlands to prepare and assemble equipment per drawings and work orders. The role includes testing, disassembly for repairs, cleaning, and reassembly, with access to advanced materials and tools to deliver high-quality products to customers.

You will read blueprints, operate precision measuring tools, and participate in CIP activities while ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Workshop experience is preferred for hands-on assembly work.
• Knowledge of automation control systems and electrical components.
• Experience as a mechanic for rotating machines or general mechanical work.
• HS Diploma or GED with 3-5 years relevant experience or vocational training.
• General education or vocational training certifies readiness for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assemble according to drawings, instructions and work orders; perform testing when required.
• Inspect parts and assemblies using precision measuring tools; ensure within specifications.
• Clean parts prior to assembly and ensure assemblies follow procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Operate micrometers, vernier, and CMM in a warehouse environment; use hand tools.
