Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Precision Assembler to prepare and assemble equipment per drawings and work orders, including testing. The role also covers disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly during repairs, using modern materials and tools to deliver a high-quality product.

You will read blueprints, operate precision tools, document work, and contribute to CIP and continuous improvement while maintaining safety and teamwork. Overtime and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with precision measuring tools and assembly procedures.
• HS Diploma / GED or vocational training.
• 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble to drawings and instructions, including testing when required.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure specs.
• Keep parts clean and follow assembly procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Write routine reports and communicate with team.
• Support CIP activities and continuous improvement.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
