Trinamics in the Netherlands is looking for a hands-on mechanical assembler to join a high-tech manufacturing team. You will assemble, install, align and integrate mechanical modules and complete systems, following drawings and work instructions, and you will test and qualify assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.

You will work with engineers and technicians, analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to Lean, continuous improvement and NPI.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience assembling complex mechanical systems.
• Experience working with technical drawings, work instructions and quality procedures.
• Strong affinity with assembly, testing, qualification and troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Assemble, install, align and integrate high-precision mechanical modules and complete systems.
• Carry out both coarse and fine mechanical assembly using drawings and instructions.
• Perform alignments with precision measuring equipment.
• Test and qualify assembled systems and verify they meet specifications before release.
• Analyse test results and troubleshoot mechanical and system issues.
