Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands seeks a Production Employee in Assembly & Quality Control to assemble, calibrate, inspect and test components according to technical drawings and customer requirements. You will work with tools, measuring equipment and systems such as SAP or WMS to ensure quality products.

You will join a structured production team, report to the Supervisor, work day shifts (occasional weekend shifts possible), and enjoy a benefits package including salary, shift allowance, 25 vacation

Qualifications

• A pre-vocational secondary education level, preferably VMBO or an equivalent level obtained through education or work experience;
• Good command of the English language;
• Experience in assembly or knowledge of production processes is an advantage;
• The ability to read and interpret technical instructions, manuals, drawings, and schematics;
• Practical experience with tools, measuring instruments, or diagnostic equipment is an advantage;
• Knowledge of SAP or WMS is an advantage;
• Good communication skills and sufficient numerical insight;
• A flexible and safety-conscious attitude, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and contribute as a team player;

Responsibilities

• Assembling and checking mechanical or electronic components at your workstation.
• Follow technical instructions, perform repetitive production activities accurately, and make sure that products are correctly assembled and calibrated before they are sent to the customer.
• Assembling mechanical or electronic components according to instructions and technical drawings;
• Calibrating equipment and components to ensure that measurements meet the required specifications;
• Inspecting and testing assembled parts to identify defects, deviations, or misalignments;
• Using tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments correctly and safely;
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workstation while consistently meeting production and quality requirements.
